I work with my clients where challenges arise: where orientation has been lost, interests collide, or emotions run high. Whether it’s a complex merger, a new business model, cultural change, reorganization, or improved collaboration within or across teams, I focus on what makes change work in practice.

With a clear, analytical perspective and a calm, open approach, I create the conditions to address real problems and enable purposeful change.

My long-standing experience gives me a practical understanding of what is feasible and what it takes to implement successfully.

Outside of work ...

I enjoy gardening, cycling or walking on the beach, and spending time in the forest or heath — mostly with my husband. I enjoy time with family and friends, as well as quiet moments with a good book and tea in my reading nook.

I am fascinated by exploring new countries and places. I gain energy from connecting with new people and their stories. Singing in a rock and pop choir is another passion of mine.
