I am Iris Martens - Change Expert, Organizational Development Practitioner, and Systemic Coach

with over 25 years of consulting experience - including > 10 years in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

After 28 years of consulting at Accenture – most recently as People Integration Lead for Accenture Acquisitions – I know what transformation means in reality: strategically, organizationally, and humanly.

Today, I combine this experience with a systemic attitude and perspective. I look at numbers, roles, and processes, as well as dynamics, tensions, and unspoken issues. I support organizations in remaining capable of action – or becoming so again – even in complex phases.
