I am Iris Martens - change expert, organisational developer and systemic coach

with over 25 years of consulting experience - incl. more than 10 years in mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

After 28 years at Accenture - most recently as People Integration Lead for Accenture acquisitions - I know what it takes to successfully complete change: strategically, organizationally, and for people. 

Today, I enrich this experience with a systemic perspective: I do look at numbers, roles, and processes plus the underlying dynamics, as well as any tensions, and unspoken issues that might exist. I help organizations stay capable of acting in complex phases – or regain this ability.
